1. General Refund Policy

At Dakawa Travel, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, due to the nature of travel bookings, we have a strict 24-hour refund policy.

  • Refunds are only available within 24 hours of booking.
  • After 24 hours, all payments become non-refundable.

By making a booking with Dakawa Travel, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.


2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking.
No Refund: If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of booking.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable after the 24-hour period:

  • Flights
  • Safari & Tour Packages
  • Hotel Bookings
  • Park Entrance Fees
  • Visa & Travel Document Fees
  • Transportation & Transfers

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your trip, we will assist in modifying your booking (subject to availability and additional charges).
  • Some third-party services (hotels, airlines, tour operators) may have their own policies, which will apply in addition to our refund policy.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other emergencies, refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion.
